Citrix Shadowing: As part of the process of supporting users, our staff may request access to view the user's screen. If granted, the support person and the user will work through the issue together, each looking at the user's screen with both being able to use the mouse and keyboard. It's as if our support person is sitting right next to them.

Online Meetings: "In addition to Screen Sharing, we use Adobe Connect Professional, a flash based system to enable us to host state of the art online meetings to bring quicker resolution to any issues.
